we wanted a unique design that played off our love of the ocean and sailing, without being "themey!" we found a great etsy.com vendor chelsea at buddyandbean who was wonderful to work with and very accomodating. the only surprise along the way was chelsea found out she was expecting! this meant all our decsions needed to be made by june 30th so she could fufill all the orders....we did it...even if will still didn't know who is coming to the wedding!
save the date magnets
we purchased from eInvite.com and it included envelope and a great holder to place them in. the holder also held the insert I created below.
save the date insert
we included an insert with additional information. this was created in word doc to match the font & colors of the magnet.
escort tags, signs, etc.
escort tags- they will attached to starfish with twine. below are some of our signs for the dessert bar & escort table
menu cards
these menu cards have a navy nautical rope as a border and the lime green starfish on top. we chose not to have them printed until we are sure the menu will not change (darn that oil spill). our vendor was great & designed this for us and made it home printer friendly so that stephen & I can print out.
wedding suite
the wedding suite includes: printed kraft envelopes, invitiation, reply card and wedding map. the suite was wrapped with a name wrap.
wrapped suite ready to go!
this is the final suite before it is ready to be stuffed in the envelope!
wedding map
we used etsy vendor funkeylindsey to create a map of our wedding location. she included all the important places (venue, welcome party, etc) as well as local places of interest.
on the back of the map we had the website & welcome party information.
